TASTING NOTES:

This Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in new & old French oak for 12 months. Poured into a glass, it showcases a deep blue-black colour and a vibrant purple rim. The bouquet offers aromas of blackcurrant and mint complemented by a touch of sandalwood. These are followed by a delicious palate revealing similar blackcurrant flavours; mouth-filling and soft tannins along with subtle mint nuances pave the way for a moreish finish marked by French oak notes. You may relish it with lamb roast, meatballs or even a cheesy burger.
