Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

Grapes for the 2023 vintage were sourced from the Riverland region, where warm days and cool nights help develop aromatic intensity while preserving crisp acidity. The vintage offered ideal ripening conditions that encouraged expressive fruit without over-ripe heaviness.

Winemaking Process

To capture the fresh aromatics, harvesting was done in the cool of early morning. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel under cool temperatures to ensure the varietal character remained pristine. Minimal oak or heavy handling ensures a clean finish.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Pale straw with fresh green highlights.

• Aroma: Aromas burst with passionfruit, citrus zest and fresh herbs (think lime leaf, maybe a hint of lemongrass).

• Palate: Crisp, zesty and refreshing with tropical fruit flavours like guava or pineapple balanced by a clean minerality. A touch of green apple or gooseberry makes it more lively.
