Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

The Shiraz grapes are sourced from the Riverland region in South Australia, where warm daytime temperatures and cooler nights contribute to preserving the fruit's natural acidity and aromatics. The vintage conditions were ideal for producing vibrant, fruit-forward wines with balanced structure.

Winemaking Process

Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure freshness. The fruit underwent gentle pressing and cool fermentation to retain its natural flavours. Minimal intervention during winemaking resulted in a clean, expressive Shiraz true to its varietal character.
