Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
This Fiano comes from Angove’s certified organic vineyards in the heart of McLaren Vale, a region blessed with cooling sea breezes and ancient soils. The 2024 vintage delivered a mild, consistent growing season, allowing the Fiano grapes to ripen slowly and develop bright fruit flavours while maintaining natural acidity. Organic farming practices encouraged healthy vines and vibrant fruit, ensuring exceptional quality and flavour concentration.

Winemaking
Organically grown Fiano grapes were hand-picked at optimal ripeness and gently pressed to retain their delicate aromatics. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal expression. Extended contact on fine lees added texture and a subtle savoury complexity, while avoiding oak to maintain the wine’s crisp, lively character.
