The grapes for the BLK + BLU Blend No.4 come from the picturesque region of Victoria in Australia, known for its high-quality wine grapes. The harvest is carried out selectively using a full harvester to ensure only the best grapes are collected. These grapes are processed gently to preserve the fresh aromas.

The vinification takes place in modern wineries under strict controls. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs mainly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which supports the freshness of the fruit notes. A portion of the wine matures for 12 months in small American oak barrels, adding further complexity and structure.

The use of American oak lends fine vanilla notes and harmoniously integrates the wood nuances into the overall character of the wine. After maturation, the wine is carefully blended to achieve the perfect balance between fruit and wood influence. The wine is finished in the characteristic Bordeaux bottle, giving it a modern and elegant appearance.
