TASTING NOTES

The Sauvignon Blanc vintage offers an attractive mix of restrained mineral, juicy grapefruit and rich stone fruit characters neutralized by an elegant dry climax. This Sauvignon Blanc is a great accompaniment to mussel chowder, shellfish, Mexican food, and Thai fish cakes.
