Made with grapes from one place, the Ara Single Estate wine range aims to deliver consistency of style, balance and flavour. Intensely flavoured fruits ripened by long and dry summers, the grapes used to create these single estate wines have been hand-picked, aged on yeast lees, blended, racked and fined to provide a strikingly different Marlborough experience.

TASTING NOTES

This award-winning Sauvignon Blanc is a fusion of grapes from all of Ara’s Single Estate vineyards. The Sauvignon Blanc vintage offers an attractive mix of restrained mineral, juicy grapefruit and rich stone fruit characters neutralized by an elegant dry climax. This Sauvignon Blanc is a great accompaniment to mussel chowder, shellfish, Mexican food, and Thai fish cakes.
