Bethany Wines was founded by two brothers, Geoff and Robert Schrapel in 1989. The Schrapel family began as grape growers, being a part of the industry for more than 150 years now. The brand’s winemaking philosophy is to craft exceptional quality, food-friendly and elegant wines that reflect the regional characteristics.

TASTING NOTES:

Produced using hand-pruned and hand-picked grapes, this complex rosé is a blend of 55% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 5% Zinfandel grape varieties. Poured into a glass, it flaunts a pale salmon colour. A bouquet of small red berry fruits and floral notes paves the way for a fresh and lively palate showcasing great weight and crisp acidity. This drink pairs perfectly with grilled fish or a bowl of green salad.
