Bimbadgen Wines is a reputed winery and vineyard located on McDonalds Road in Pokolbin, NSW. The name of the brand was derived from the local aboriginal word, bimbadgen meaning ‘place of good view’. The company’s first vineyard was planted in 1968 on Palmers Lane.

Bimbadgen Sparkling Rosé features a blush baby pink hue with fine bubbles stemming from the glass. The attractive bouquet exudes pleasing aromas of strawberries and cream, with a gentle touch of yeast evident in the backdrop.
