Bleeding Heart uses premium grapes sourced from the dry-grown vineyards in Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Central South Australia, to produce an exciting range of bold and flavoursome wines. Led by reputed winemaker Jim Zerella, the winemaking team aims to express the true regional characteristics of the vineyards.
TASTING NOTES
Bleeding Heart Chardonnay shows a pale yellow hue with green highlights along the edges. The expressive bouquet presents scintillating aromas of lemon, cut apple and stone fruit. The fresh and soft palate packs citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by lively citrus minerality. These beautiful characters fuse together to culminate the wine in a dry and lingering finish. This elegant Chardonnay tastes great with chicken Kiev, grilled marinated shrimp, and crab cakes.
