TASTING NOTES

Bleeding Heart Chardonnay shows a pale yellow hue with green highlights along the edges. The expressive bouquet presents scintillating aromas of lemon, cut apple and stone fruit. The fresh and soft palate packs citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by lively citrus minerality. These beautiful characters fuse together to culminate the wine in a dry and lingering finish.
