TASTING NOTES:
For Climbing Chardonnay, fruit was sourced from at least 600 meters above the sea level which gives the wine brilliant crispiness and balance. It has stone fruits, grapefruit and a little bit of nuttiness on the nose. The palate of this wine is full of citrus and nutty flavours. It has a buttery mouthfeel and a velvety and dry finish. Light and delicate foods like steamed or grilled fish, lightly cooked crabs and prawns and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables go well with this wine.
