Dalfarras produces premium wines showing lively fruit profiles and bright varietal characters. The wine range derives its name from Rosa Purbrick’s maiden name, Dal Farra, and reflects her Italian heritage. As a renowned artist, Rosa creates unique images on canvas, paper or clay, which are then translated into wine labels for this range. She married Alister Purbrick, owner and Chief Winemaker of Tahbilk Winery, in 1982.

TASTING NOTES:

Sourced from lush vineyards in Goulburn Valley, the grapes for crafting Dalfarras Prosecco were harvested and crushed to retain intense fruit flavours. It features a pale straw colour with bright tints. This stunning Prosecco offers a fragrant nose and luscious palate full of pear, lemon and citrus characters. The aromas and flavours in the wine culminate in a vibrant and zesty finish showing fine spritz. This dazzling white wine can be cellared for 2 years from vintage, drinking best with Italian bruschetta and light seafood platters.
