The De Bortoli YV Single Vineyard A5 Chardonnay from Australia famous Yarra Valley wine region is a pale yellow wine with hints of green down its sides. The nose exhibits hints of citrus and floral Chardonnay characters along with nougat and hazelnut. The dry palate is delicate and gently - textured, displaying flavours of dried phenolics and hints of nuts. This medium-bodied palate has an incredible structure and length that tastes best with dishes like grilled John Dory.
