Winemaking Process

Shiraz is fermented to preserve bold fruit character, followed by secondary fermentation to create fine, lively bubbles. A brief period of maturation softens the palate while retaining freshness, resulting in a sparkling red with rich fruit intensity and smooth effervescence.
