Yarrabank is a joint venture between iconic Yarra Valley producer, Yering Station, and Champagne house, Devaux. Created in 1993, the venture reflects the committed vision of Champagne Devaux president Laurent Gillet, to produce a benchmark Australian sparkling wine. Combining centuries-old tradition from Champagne with a contemporary approach to winemaking, Yarrabank is renowned for pushing the boundaries of Australian sparkling wine production.

TASTING NOTES:

A classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties, the wine flaunts a honeysuckle colour. The nose emanates aromas of citrus butter and custard apple. The palate reveals vanilla slice flavours supported by an oyster shell minerality. The richness of the Pinot combines with the vibrancy of the Chardonnay.
