TASTING NOTES:

Fermented in old puncheons, Flametree Pinot Grigio gained a beautiful pale straw colour with light green tints. The floral bouquet of this white mesmerises with aromas of musk, white flowers, green Nashi pears and rose petals. Strong flavours of apple and pear can be sensed on the palate, fusing with fresh acidity. The finish is dry and textured. This Frankland River Pinot Grigio pairs extremely well with mushrooms, cured meats, spicy food, sirloin steak, beef or poultry dishes.
