Flametree presents a fruit-driven style of Shiraz, packed with plum, blueberry, spice and liquorice characters. The bouquet and colour of this red wine are synonymous with a good Shiraz. The use of open fermenters for soft extraction have yielded a wine filled with ripe fruit characters and fine tannins. The palate is rich with sweet dark fruit and spicy oak flavours.
