WINERY INFORMATION
Hand harvested in the morning and chilled further before whole-bunch pressed. The best fraction of the free-run juice was then transferred to a small stainless steel vessel where it was settled and racked off gross lees. Long fermentation occurs at cool temperatures before being racked of yeast lees and filtered before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Bright straw. A complex array of fresh stone fruit, and floral notes with hints of flint. White nectarine, citrus and almond flavours persist on the palate. A Powerful mineral finish is driven by natural acidity.
