WINERY INFORMATION

Riesling grapes were hand harvested during the cool hours. The grapes are then pressed and the juice chilled and cold settled. Cool fermentation was held between 12 and 14 degrees to retain as much of the natural freshness as possible. Once alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was racked off yeast lees and filtered before bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Bright straw with green hues. Lifted aromas of orange blossom and kaffir. The palate displays fresh citrus and lime and is well balanced with natural acidity leading to the long mineral finish.
