TASTING NOTES
Four Sisters Cabernet Sauvignon displays an inky purple colour, with dark shades highlighting the edges. A swirl of the glass presents lively aromas which make way for a medium bodied palate. Intense flavours of liquorice and blackberry combine with sweet mint notes to lead the palate to a captivating finish. This stylish Cab Sauv can be consumed upon release, or cellared for 2 to 5 years for a rewarding drinking experience. Pair this bold red wine with slow cooked beef, dark chocolates and mature cheese.
