Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2020 Shiraz is crafted from fruit sourced from the estate’s Upton Run vineyard and the Tallis Vineyards in Central Victoria. The cool-climate elevation helps preserve natural acidity and emphasises fruit intensity.

Winemaking Process

The Shiraz is fermented with a mix of cultured yeasts chosen to retain varietal aromas, spice and delicacy. It was aged for 12 months in both new French and American oak, adding nuanced vanilla and spice while maintaining freshness.
