TASTING NOTES

This bright ruby hued Two Gentlemen’s GSM exhibits cherries, strawberries and red liquorice aromas from its perfumed bouquet. A sip of the wine offers vibrant flavours of bramble and briar berries. A firm layer of linear acidity integrates with these characters on the medium bodied palate, culminating in an enticing finish. Crafted to be relished upon release, this tempting GSM can also be enjoyed within a cellaring term of seven years. Suggested food pairings include crispy pork belly with a pomegranate, and black vinegar glaze served alongside Chinese broccoli and Asian mushroom stir-fry with wild rice.
