This pale straw hued Giesen Estate Sauvignon Blanc gives off zesty aromas of elderflower, kaffir lime, pink grapefruit, dried herbs and lemon grass from its luxurious bouquet. These fragrances give way to a vibrant and generous palate filled with concentrated fruit and citrus flavours balanced by a layer of juicy acidity. These rich characters end the wine in a crisp, dry and refreshing finale.
