The Organic is a benchmark range of flavoursome wines by Giesen, crafted using organically grown grapes certified by BioGro NZ #5096. The winemaking team crafts these wines with the aim to produce an organic alternative to traditional wines without compromising on their taste or quality.

TASTING NOTES:

Giesen Organic Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw coloured wine displaying slight green hues throughout. This enticing Sauvignon Blanc gives off exquisite scents of lime leaf, lemon grass, passionfruit, snow pea and elder flower from the perfumed bouquet, with light hints of crushed nettles and citrus following close behind. The vibrant and intense palate is rife with citrus flavours, with lovely mineral elements offering a long and exciting finish. This delightful white wine has the potential to be cellared for about 3 years, and tastes brilliant with veggie burgers, Thai green chicken curry and goat cheese.
