TASTING NOTES:

Matured in new Fuder German oak barrels, The Fuder Clayvin Chardonnay features a pale straw colour with bright green highlights. This elegant Chardonnay packs aromas of stone fruits, which intermix with intense flavours of citrus and nutty nuances on the soft and luscious palate, to end in a sweet and long finish. This wonderful Chardonnay has the potential to be cellared for a period of 4 years, tasting great with foods like pasta carbonara, roast chicken and smoked mussels.
