The vintage experienced dry and warm growing conditions, which led to the yield of high-quality grapes with rich and intense flavours, colours and fragrances.

Hardy’s Heritage Reserve Bin Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich ruby red colour, with its luscious bouquet exhibiting complex aromas of bay leaf, cassis, chocolate mint and perfumed French oak. The lively and appealing palate consists of blackcurrant flavours and chocolaty notes, with a rich texture and silky tannins providing an excellent length of flavour. Foods like beef ragu and terra rossa lamb shanks pair marvellously with this elegant Cabernet Sauvignon.
