TASTING NOTES:
This wine has a crystalline appearance with pale lemon hues. The delicately complex bouquet exudes vibrant fruit aromas of white peach and citrus coupled with pâtisserie nuances. These fragrances are followed by a rich but elegant palate showing layers of stone fruit and citrus flavours with fine cashew meal and fresh brioche characters. The elegant fruit flavours of the grape are enhanced by characters from the lees. Gentle effervescence first fills the mouth, makes way for a creamy texture and eventually finishes with linear acidity. Enjoy your drink with fresh oysters or fish.
