Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The fruit comes from high-altitude Adelaide Hills vineyards, where cool nights and long, gentle ripening deliver grapes with vibrant aromatics and crisp natural acidity. The 2025 vintage was mild and consistent, producing Tempranillo with lifted red fruit flavours and a refreshing structure ideal for Rosé.

Winemaking Process
Grapes were harvested early to retain brightness, then gently pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve the delicate colour. Fermented cool in stainless steel, the wine was kept unoaked to preserve freshness and purity, with extended lees contact adding subtle texture and complexity.
