Larry Cherubino Wines was founded by Larry along with his wife Edwina. Starting their journey as a grape grower, they later established their own winery in 2005. They believe that the quality of a wine depends upon the hard work done in the field. The techniques and style of winemaking are constantly experimented with to create premium wines that the brand is known for.

TASTING NOTES:

This hand-picked Shiraz was matured for a period of 6-8 months in a combination of new and one year old oak barrels. This resulted in a beautiful medium-purple colour. A swirl of the glass presents fragrances of dark berries, ground black spices and red earth. The palate is brimming with juicy fruit flavours of dark cherries and blueberries complemented by subtle spices. These characteristics are followed by fine and silky tannins eventually culminating in a lingering finale. It can be paired with slow cooked meats or hard cheeses.
