Tasting Notes

Pale straw in colour with aromas of citrus, nashi pear and delicate florals. The palate is clean and softly textured, showing flavours of lemon sorbet and fresh pear. A bright acidity brings lift and a refreshing finish.

Warm days and cool nights in the 2023 season allowed for even ripening. This helped the wine develop clarity and a lovely sense of balance.
