MadFish is owned and operated by Burch Family Wines. The first MadFish wine range was released in 1992. Today, the Burch family continues to produce these iconic MadFish wines with the same emphasis on enjoyment and drinkability as it did back then. Located in the south-west corner of Western Australia, MadFish is backed by the climate perfect for cultivating healthy wine grapes with vibrant fruit flavours.

TASTING NOTES

Flaunting a pale straw colour in a glass, this is a light, bright and modern version of the Australian Chardonnay. Delicate aromas of peaches and poached stone fruits dominate the fruity bouquet. On the palate, the wine displays baked apple and pear flavours, with a clean grapefruit zestiness. This is an enjoyable, well-rounded varietal with a pleasing weight, gentle acidity and generous length. Drink it in its youth with light seafood dishes, fresh mozzarella with peaches, or salad niçoise.
