WINERY INFORMATION

MadFish has been producing wine since 1992. Operating under Burch Family Wines, this family-owned winery started its journey with a single variety (which was a hit) and is known today for 15 different varietals. Inspired by the raw coastline of south-west WA, MadFish has its vineyards located in premier grape growing regions – Margaret River and Great Southern. MadFish wines are made with emphasis on enjoyment and drinkability.

TASTING NOTES

Made predominantly from Shiraz grapes, MadFish Rosé flaunts a lively pink colour in the spectrum of ruby grapefruit. Its bouquet is filled with aromas of fresh red berry fruits, icing sugar and rose water. The fruit-driven palate displays fresh raspberries - plush in texture, a subtle sweetness and full flavour. A dry mineral and citrus feel leads to a crisp, fresh and lingering finish. This rosé tastes great with shared plates of Parmesan, pumpkin arancini, white anchovy and broad bean pesto bruschetta.
