TASTING NOTES
La Vue Pinot Gris from McPherson Wine Co. was crafted using fruit obtained from the Murray Riverâ€™s Victorian side and Goulburn Valley. The wine presents a light blush hue. The fragrant bouquet of this slightly delicious drink exudes mouth watering nuances of lychees, pears and exotic spice. The palate is complex and offers a touch of red apple and spicy pear flavours. All the elements together lead to a textured finish. This aromatic and floral wine can be cellared for a brief term of three years from vintage. Team it with freshly shucked oysters, pan-fried salmon accompanied by warm chilli lime sauce, or your favourite seafood dish.
