Jock and Andrew McPherspon established McPherson Wines in 1968. It’s a family-owned & -operated business that aims to craft easy-drinking, approachable and award-winning wines. All wines are produced at their state-of-the-art Central Victoria winery by Chief Winemaker Jo Nash. La Vue label by McPherson is known for a range of enchanting and gentle wines.
TASTING NOTES
This dry Riesling wine flaunts a medium straw colour. A swirl of the glass reveals floral and lime scents. These lovely aromas pave the way for a vibrant and textural palate showcasing citrus and spice flavours with crisp acidity. The drink’s sweet or savoury flavours pair with a variety of food, especially Indian curry and Southern BBQ recipe.
