TASTING NOTES:

Upon being poured into a glass, this Pinot Gris displays a hint of blush due to extended grape skin contact. The complex bouquet reveals lychee, pear and exotic spice aromas along with savoury notes. These fragrances make way for a matching palate that further reveals subtle red apple and spicy pear notes. It’s a great match for freshly shucked oysters, chilli squid, or pan-fried salmon with warm chilli lime sauce.
