A small batch winemaking project, Mon Tout only uses handpicked grapes from Margaret River vineyards to craft wines of purity and balance. The company produces high quality wines that express the distinctive aromas and flavours of the region.

TASTING NOTES:

This Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc underwent 6 months of maturation in French oak, and was bottled without filtration for retaining the flavour developed in the barrel. Poured into a glass, it flaunts an intense straw colour and emanates citrus aromatics. Tropical nuances add to this fruity bouquet, while a touch of mineral and straw scents completes the array of fragrances. A sip of the wine reveals a silky palate offering lychee, ripe peach skin, lemonade lemon and bush lime flavours. These mouth-watering characters are followed by a restrained herbal grip on the back palate, which in turn makes way for a long finish. Pair this elegant white wine with goat cheese or buttermilk fried chicken.
