TASTING NOTES

The grapes used to create this pale straw hued Pinot Gris were handpicked, destemmed and then pressed. The perfumed nose exudes wonderful aromas of white peach, pear and white flower florals. The balanced and creamy palate presents stone fruit flavours, ending in a clean and crisp finale. This beautiful Pinot Gris from Nepenthe has been crafted to be relished fresh upon release. It tastes excellent with a chicken Caesar salad or an antipasto platter.
