The fruit is sourced from premium vineyards of Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale only. The winery uses only boutique winemaking techniques, crafting wines in small batches to ensure high quality.

TASTING NOTES

Fruit for this rosÃ© was sourced from Barossa and Monash Valley region of South Australia. A blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 10% Ruby Cabernet grape varieties it flaunts a pale, light salmon colour upon being poured into a glass. A swirl reveals rose petals, red fruits and spice notes. These mild fragrances make way for an impressive palate revealing red cherry and candied fruit flavours that eventually culminate in a long and dry finish. Serve it chilled with salads or seafood.
