TASTING NOTES:
The aroma is sweet strawberry, clove, smoked meat, frying bacon, and a hint of coco-powder. The palate is fine, chalky, iron-filing tannins. Sweet/sour red fruits, nice meaty finish, light in flavour but loads of character.
