Oliver’s Taranga is a sixth-generation family estate in McLaren Vale, led by winemaker Corrina Wright. Their Small Batch series is dedicated to showcasing unique varietals and vineyard expressions, crafted with precision and respect for terroir.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2024 season delivered excellent conditions for Vermentino, with a cool early period followed by a warm, dry summer. This balance produced fruit with lively acidity, vibrant aromatics, and textural depth.

Winemaking Process
Crafted with minimal intervention, the Vermentino is fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured without oak. This approach highlights varietal purity, zesty freshness, and the natural complexity of the grape.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour, the wine bursts with aromas of lemon zest, lychee, white florals, and sea spray. The palate is crisp and refreshing, layered with citrus, subtle stone fruit, and a saline minerality. Fine talc-like tannins add structure to the long, savoury finish.
