WINERY INFORMATION

Family owned Paulett Wines offers an excellent collection of premium and elegantly styled wines. Proprietors, Neil and Allison Paulett, discovered the Clare Valley property in 1981, after searching years for an apt location to establish their family vineyard. Two years later, they acquired the property. The company initially started with 47 hectares of vine plantation, gradually expanding to a total of 147 hectares vineyards. Vineyard Manager Matt Paulett manages these vineyards.

TASTING NOTES

Polish Hill River Riesling flaunts a light straw colour accompanied by pale green highlights. This spectacular Riesling offers scintillating aromas and lively flavours of lime and lemon. These vibrant characters combine with flinty and mineral notes on the clean palate, ending the wine in a crisp and captivating finale. Drink this beautiful white wine with soft shell crab or beef curry with a squeeze of lime.
