TASTING NOTES

This enticing Aged Release Rieslingshowcases a youthful pale straw colour with green highlights along the edges. The perfumed bouquet emits clean and crisp aromas of honey and toast. These fragrances are reflected on the rich palate, where lime and citrus undertones join them. Fresh acidity integrates with the delicious taste to end this beautiful Riesling in a delightful and refreshing finish. This exquisite white wine can be enjoyed immediately upon release or can be cellared for four or more years. It can be served with oysters, prawns and whiting.
