TASTING NOTES:
Pale green, straw tints. Quite restrained at first, but opens up to display tropical fruits, nashi pear, red apple and a little wet slate. Medium weight, crisp and dry displaying the fruits mentioned above along with some nice textural aspects to provide a long, clean finish. Drink this now and the next summer or two. Try this with crumbed sardines fried in a little olive oil.
