Winemaking

The Armenta Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is crafted from hand-selected parcels of fruit harvested from the Henry Albert vineyard in Coonawarra. The grapes underwent ten days on skins to extract optimal colour and flavour. Maturation occurred in small French oak barrels, imparting subtle layers of vanilla, spice, and a distinctive toasty coconut character, enhancing the wine's complexity and length.
