Rymill is a family owned wine estate established by Peter and Judy Rymill. They planted their first vines in 1968, and established Rymill Coonawarra Vineyards in 1974. The winemaking team is headed by Senior Winemaker Sandrine Gimon, who strives to create premium handcrafted wines that truly express the regional and varietal characteristics of the fruit.

TASTING NOTES

Rymill mc ² is a blend of plush and ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes with vibrant and juicy Cabernet Franc grapes. The resulting wine shows a deep crimson red colour with light magenta hues along the rim. This delightful red wine blend flaunts an attractive bouquet and intense palate full of rich fruit characters. The finish is smooth and lingering.
