This rich Cab Sauv is a deep ruby coloured drink that offers a layered bouquet emanating aromas of dark cherries, mint chocolate, mocha and cassis. The complex aromatics pave way to the medium-bodied palate revealing intense plum, star anise and fennel seed flavours. The oak and tannins lend the wine an elegant structure that leads to a lengthy finish and satisfying after taste. This varietal will age gracefully in your cellar for the next 10 to 20 years. Enjoy it alone or pair it with braised beef, lamb or burger.
