The Narrow Road Shiraz 2021 is sourced from the Narrow Road Vineyard, situated at 380 meters above sea level in Rowland Flat. This vineyard, adjacent to the original Schild homestead purchased in 1952, is known for its hillside location and unique microclimate, contributing to the wine's distinctive character.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2021 vintage in the Barossa Valley experienced warm, ripening conditions that allowed for the development of rich fruit concentration. The Narrow Road Vineyard's alluvial clay-loam soils provided a balanced environment for the Shiraz grapes, contributing to the wine's depth and complexity.

Winemaking
