The winemaking team works with the objective to craft distinctive wines that express the purest form of the particular fruit variety. The team uses premium fruit sourced from some of the flourishing vineyards in South Australia.

TASTING NOTES

The fruit used to craft Step By Step Sauvignon Blanc was carefully selected from some of the premium vineyards in South Australia. The grapes were then gently pressed to retain intense colour and flavours. This enticing Sauv Blanc is a transparent wine flaunting light green tinges. The attractive bouquet emits lively scents of lychee and freshly cut grass. Tropical fruit flavours combine with crisp acidity, culminating the wine in a clean and refreshing finale. This delicious white wine tastes excellent with asparagus, calamari and feta cheese.
