TASTING NOTES:
In a wine glass, this Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale straw colour with green tinges. The fruity bouquet exhibits sharp aromas of passionfruit and tropical fruits, made complex with traces of smokiness. These vibrant aromas replicate over the rich palate coupled with white-fleshed nectarine characters. Integrated with river stone minerality, the intense palate makes way for a crisp finale. Drink this wine while it is young to enjoy its fresh flavours. However, cellar it for a couple of years for bottle aged flavours. This beautiful white wine can be served on its own or with mild seafood and white meat preparations.
