Winemaking
Grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed before undergoing fermentation in a mix of stainless steel and French oak. A portion was matured on lees, adding texture, depth, and a subtle nutty complexity, while the balance remained bright and fruit-driven.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green tints. Aromas of citrus blossom, stone fruit, and white nectarine are layered with gentle hints of toasted almond and vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied and elegant, offering fresh peach and lemon zest flavours, framed by creamy texture and crisp acidity. A lingering finish shows finesse and length.
